BSc. Exercise and Sports Science
After training in bodybuilding for 4 years I decided to major in Exercise and Sports Science at Bond
University, Australia, since I found my passion in that field. During my studies I also trained for my first
Men’s Physique show. I competed in 2 shows, the first was on a regional level then I qualified for the
national show, both in 2016. I also joined the University’s powerlifting club and got hands on experience
in Strength training. During my final year internship I joined Bond’s High Performance Training Centre
where I helped guide athletes in Strength and Conditioning for their specific sports, mostly rugby for
men and netball for women. After graduating, my first job was co-founding and managing Abilities Gym
which focused on functional training for older men to combat the effects of aging. Then I started
working at Kuwait’s Sports Medicine Center where we would provide athletes with health assessments.
Now I have also joined SESC to provide and serve people with all I have experienced in the past which
includes:

Administrative Services Assistant
My passion for running has taught me that success requires hard work, perseverance, and a deep commitment to one's goals. Despite the obstacles I have encountered along the way, I have never lost sight of my dream to become a champion in my sport. In addition to my own determination and commitment to excellence, I have found that working with a life coach has been tremendously helpful in keeping me motivated and focused on achieving my goals. I believe that anyone looking to achieve their goals, whether in sports or in other areas of life, could benefit from working on theirs, no matter the time or age. In short, I credit my own determination and perseverance, as well as the support of my life coach, for the progress and success I have achieved on my journey so far. I would like to share and help the community understand the importance of sports and how women can also achieve a lot.

This information is incorrect, but exercise intelligently during the morning period on an empty stomach. The exercise should be of low intensity, and it is safe and healthy on an empty stomach, provided that the exercise does not exceed two hours. The exercise schedule consists of several components: An element that we will talk about today is body measurements Body measurements are one of the things that are taken before building the schedule, because through body measurements, your needs are determined, whether it is muscle gain, fat reduction, or organizing the rebuilding of your nutritional schedule, which is with the exercise schedule.
Elements and basics of building an exercise schedule, One of these basics is to build your own scientifically coordinated and organized food schedule because there is no general food schedule that can be compatible with all people Every person in the world has his own food schedule, such as D N A, our food table in many mistakes that you make, an example of things that we must avoid, such as a meal before exercise.
